NDP Leader Kate White denounces arson at MP’s home

WHITEHORSE, YT – Kate White, Leader of the Yukon NDP and MLA for Takhini – Kopper King, made the following statement on Monday, June 17, 2024.

“I am deeply concerned to hear of the attack on MP Hanley’s home. This act of violence is unacceptable and has no place in the Yukon. There are many ways to demonstrate your disagreement with a politician, resorting to violence should never be one of them.”
